I have a painting that was stopping my love connections

They say that if you have an image that depicts a single person, it reaffirms this idea each day with your subconscious. “You are single.” “Alone.” “Not a partner in sight.”

Yeah right. The Woo is strong.

But, what if?

So, in the name of an experiment I have just taken the offending image down. It was a painting of me at a beach, and I look a bit down, though not obviously. I have placed it in my closet facing the wall.

Now we wait and see what happens. Observe and notice.

Will my single days be over?

Interesting side note, I’m curious – not desperate. I’m single and I’m good. Ala Enya and Whoopi Goldberg.

This is what I enjoy about the art form of Feng Shui. There is an ancient belief and there is guidance for you to try out or ignore. Truth be told, I have found the self experimentation around Feng Shui to be rather revelatory.

Update: shortly after removing the image a date was finalized for the weekend. A friend date with two lovely people. Go Woo, go!
