Music to the rescue

I listened to it loudly at times and also at other times to feel more alive.

When I needed a state of mind change, music was there for me.

One of the ways I discovered I could get through the day this year was to use music to improve my mood. Though I really don’t like the phrase “life hack,” I guess it is appropriate here. Music pulled me through each day, uplifted a bad mood, or helped let out frustration and anger. I listened to it loudly at times and also at other times to feel more alive.
